Use of your new fob
Now that you have your new fob you are able to enter the club anytime. Should you enter the club at anytime? NO
You should enter the club only when you are scheduled to play or have booked an ice time to practice.
How does a member book an ice time to practice?
- A few days in advance, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. indicating who (members only), when (date and time) and what (how many sheets are required);
- If the sheet(s) are available, your request will be booked on the club calendar and you will be notified. If the sheet(s) are not available you will be notified;
- When at the club follow all the Covid (mask, logging in, etc) and cleaning (boots) procedures;
- Upon leaving, ensure all the lights are off and that the 2 exterior doors are secure.
Emergency Exit
When you approach the main door from the inside, there is a motion detector that will unlock the door. Therefore if you are exiting or opening the door for someone the lock will unlock once you get close to the door.
There is a blue box to the left of the door that is an emergency exit device. Do not use this unless the door will not open when you approach it. Once the handle on this device is pulled it cannot be reset without a special tool.
